Hispanic Heritage Month at RPJSHS

The Spanish teachers at RPJSHS, along with their students, created a beautiful recognition and celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month in the halls of our school! The interactive “Musica en Español” displays shared songs from the various Spanish-speaking countries, using a direct link to Spotify! The gallery “Orgullo Hispano” featured biographies of famous celebrities, artists, authors, actors, athletes, politicians and activists. The personal stories of our Hispanic students and their families were shared in a very moving presentation entitled “Estoy aquí para contar la historia…” It’s safe to say that our school community looks forward to this tradition of pride and culture being celebrated during Hispanic Heritage Month! Many thanks to the teachers and students for all their hard work and sharing the pride with all!
